Reporting Requirements

8.14  The Contractor shall provide to the Authority:

(a)  a report of all recorded incidents and accidents in the Facility on a quarterly basis (broken down by month); and

(b)  a report of any RIDDOR classified incidents/accidents immediately they occur and in any event no later than 24 hours after the occurrence.
