Service Requirements

9.1  The Contractor shall maintain a secure environment to protect:

(a)  Users of, and visitors to, the Facility;

(b)  Staff; and

(c)  the Equipment and Sports Equipment

in a manner which does not compromise the personal privacy of Users.

9.2  The Contractor shall operate a controlled access system into the Facility, excluding the Café Zone.

9.3  The Contractor shall operate a CCTV system within the Facility and externally including the Car Parking Zone.
