Required Outcome

4.1  The Contractor will ensure that:

(a)  the Facility is at all times free of all Pests;

(b)  any Pests discovered within the Facility are dealt with in such a manner as to minimise:

•  the risk to public health;

•  any nuisance to Users;

•  disruption to the operation of the Facility; and

(c)  safe, efficient and humane methods and procedures for catching, destroying and safely disposing of any Pests discovered within the Facility are adopted.
