3  Service Requirements

3.1  The Contractor shall offer a menu of food and beverages [in the Café] that reflect a healthy living approach in the type of food and beverage made available to the Users.

3.2  The Catering Service shall provide high standards of hygiene, nutrition, presentation and quality and comply with all relevant Legislation.

3.3  Priced tariffs will be prominently displayed in [the Café and] all food and beverage areas.  

3.4  The Café shall be operated during the Café Opening Hours.

3.5  Free water dispensers shall be provided in the areas shown in the Zone Data Sheets.   

3.6  During the Opening Hours the Contractor shall provide a high quality, well stocked vending service offering a range of hot and cold drinks, snack food and confectionary.

3.7  The Contractor shall meet the Performance Standards set out in Appendix 1 to this Part F of the Services Specification.
