2. Event Logged
In logging any occurrence of an Event or alleged Event details are made of:
a) the name of the complainant and other relevant details (if appropriate)
b) the Zone where it as occurred (if appropriate)
c) the circumstances of the Event and the apparent cause and effect of such Event
d) classification of the Event as either an:
i. Availability Failure; or
ii. Performance Failure
e) the Priority Level of the Event and the resultant Containment and Rectification Time (if applicable to the Event).
f) The time it is notified, either to the Help Desk or the member of staff.
