3. Notice Logged
The Service Provider appraises the circumstances and logs a notice with the Help Desk.
The notice log details:
a) whether there is or is not an Event and if the Service Provider considers that there is no Event, the reasons for this decision detailing all the circumstances
b) confirmation of the classification of the Event or re-classification
c) confirmation of the Priority Level of the Event or re-classification
d) reasons if the Contractor believes that it cannot reasonably Contain or Rectify within the appropriate times.
