9.  Replacement Zones

Where a Zone is unavailable the Service Provider is entitled to use a corresponding Replacement Zone.  Providing this meets the same availability standards as the Original Zone then no deductions will apply.

If a Zone is being used as a Replacement Zone then it is unavailable for its original use and unavailability deductions will be applied.  However if the Replacement Zone was not pre-booked or required during that period then deductions will be reduced by 50%.
