12.  Monitoring

The Service Provider is responsible for carrying out monitoring and must notify the Authority if 30% of Zones are, or be, subject to unavailability.

The Authority can self-monitor by way of inspections or self checks or the scrutiny of any reports produced by the Service Provider.
