3 Calculation of the Monthly Unitary Charge
The Unitary Charge shall comprise:
(a) The Unindexed Element; and
(b) The Indexed Element.
The Monthly Unitary Charge for each Contract Month (n) shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:

MUCn | = | the Monthly Unitary Charge for Contract Month (n); |
UCm | = | the Unitary Charge for Contract Year (m) which includes the Contract Month in respect of which UCm is to be calculated; |
UCm = UEm + IEm
Where:
UEm | = | the Unindexed Element of the Unitary Charge; |
IEm | = | the Indexed Element of the Unitary Charge as calculated in paragraph 4 of Part 1 of this Schedule. |
