4.4  Maximum Deduction

If the sum of Deductions in a Contract Month is greater than MUC, then the Deductions shall be limited to the MUC.  Save where expressly stated otherwise, any Deductions in excess of the MUC (or in the case of Performance Deductions fifty percent (50%) of the MUC) shall not be carried forward to subsequent Contract Months.
