2 Establishing an Event's Priority Level
2.1 Where an Event is classified as a potential Availability Failure or a potential Performance Failure of the type set out in paragraph 2.6, paragraph 2.7 and paragraph2.8 of Part E of the Services Specification then, at the time of Notification, the Event will be given a Priority Level by the Contractor in accordance with Table A below (unless such Event is given a Priority Level in the relevant Zone Date Sheets).

High | An Event that would, if unrectified, lead to or continue to: (a) be a breach of health and safety Legislation or Guidance; (b) be a risk which could result in death or personal injury; or (c) be a risk that could lead to immediate damage to the Facility; | Within 10 minutes unless specified differently in the Zone Data Sheets. | 1 hour. |
Medium | (a) An Event which would lead to breach of an Availability Requirement which is not classified as a High Priority Level Event; or | As specified in the Zone Data Sheets or if none 1 hour. | As specified in the Zone Data Sheets or if none 4 hours. |
