4  Bedding In Period

4.1  During the Bedding-In Period in respect of the Pool Hall Zone and Swimming Pool(s) Zone only, the Availability Requirements relating to:

(a)  Ventilation at paragraph (f) of the definition of Availability Requirements;

(b)  Temperature Levels at paragraph (g) of the definition of Availability Requirements; and

(c)  Pool Water Quality at paragraph (i) of the definition of Availability Requirements;

shall not apply and the Balancing Level criteria given to this Zone in the relevant Zone Data Sheets shall apply instead.  For the avoidance of doubt any failure to meet the above listed Availability Requirements shall not render that Zone Unavailable but, a failure to meet the Balancing Level shall be an Availability Failure.
