6  Unavailability Ratchet

6.1  Where an Availability Failure occurs six (6) or more times in the same Zone in any three (3) month rolling period in respect of the same Availability Requirement (each Availability Failure being in a separate Operational Period) then in respect of the seventh (7th) and subsequent Availability Failures in the same Zone in respect of the same Availability Requirement there shall be no Containment Time and no Rectification Time and an Unavailability Deduction shall be made in accordance with paragraph 6.2.

6.2  The Unavailability Deduction in respect of the seventh (7th) and subsequent Availability Failures in the same Zone and in respect of the same Availability Requirement during the three (3) month rolling period shall be multiplied by two (2).
