1  Utility Services: General Obligation to Supply and Costs

The Contractor shall throughout the Services Period purchase the Utility Services for and supply to, Facility, on the economically most advantageous terms reasonably available having regard to the Contractor's obligations under this Agreement.  In order to ensure continuing compliance with this obligation, the Utility Services shall be tested for value for money annually by the Contractor.
