3 Annual Utility Services Cost Estimate
3.1 The costs of the Utility Services will be borne by the parties as set out in paragraph 3.2 of this Part 5.
3.2 The Annual Utility Services Cost Estimate in respect of the Utility Services shall be calculated as follows:
AUSCE = ∑ (EU x Ct) for all utilities
where:
EU | = | the estimated unit cost of the Utility Service at the start of the Contract Year; |
Ct | = | the Annual Utility Services Consumption Target for the Utility Service for that Contract Year (or part of a Contract Year in the case of any partial period); and |
The Monthly Utility Services Payment (MUSP) shall be calculated as follows:
