Please note that the Local Authority does not accept any liability for any of the information in the Descriptive Document and is provided for information only.
You are required to keep the contents of the documents confidential to yourselves and the members of your bidding consortia.
You are invited to submit a PQQ to the Local Authority in accordance with the instructions included in the Descriptive Document and PQQ.
As noted in the Descriptive Document, you are also invited to attend a Bidders Conference arranged for [insert details] at the [insert details]. If you wish to attend the Bidders Conference, or be represented at the Conference, I would be pleased if you could let the Local Authority know who your representative will be.
