This Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS) is being made available only to those Bidders who have been pre-qualified and, from the initial stage of competitive dialogue, have been short-listed for further competitive dialogue on, and to bid for the [insert name of project] (the Project).  The ISDS is made available on condition that it is used in connection with the Bid and for no other purposes.
