Bidders should provide:

•  a location plan and a 1:500 site plan of the new Facility including building(s) footprint, designated areas for future development (if any), security, landscaping, disabled provisions, signposting, parking areas, infrastructure improvements, off-site improvements, access and transport routes etc

•  1:100 architectural layout drawing including floor plans and elevations.  Drawings must show functional areas and highlight areas of special construction (e.g. vibration proof floors, leaded walls, playing surfaces etc) Lead dimensions should be included.

•  diagrammatic description of the flow of deliveries, food and goods, staff, users and visitors to and throughout the Facility

•  details of architectural treatment and summary of façade treatment
