Bidders should provide drawings showing the whole Site, facilities and grounds for the Facility ("Site Master Plan").

Bidders should provide a fully detailed commentary, to be read in conjunction with the Site Master Plan, which identifies how the Proposal will deal with the following issues:

•  how the landscape design supports the design concept;

•  planning and community issues and controls under the relevant development plan;

•  access and transport, including how the landscape design will minimise risks to pedestrians and cyclists and allow appropriate 'drop-off' facilities;

•  options for future change and expansion; and

•  land use and ecology, identifying how the design team would provide or act on ecological advice, such as a biodiversity action plan.
