Bidders should provide a detailed statement, with reference to drawings or diagrams, identifying how the design of the facility meets the Authority's requirements in the Output Specification, in particular requirements of the Design Guide and issues identified in specialist reports; DDA provision etc will be met.

•  entrances;

•  access for all; and

•  lifts

•  wayfinding and signage.
