• Fittings, Furniture and Equipment

Bidders should provide the following, in addition to the specified indicative furniture and equipment layouts:

•  a complete itemised and priced list of the fittings to be supplied in the Facility; and

•  a complete itemised and priced list of all the furniture and equipment to be supplied and, where appropriate, fitted in the Facility ("Furniture and Equipment List").

Bidders should ensure that the Furniture and Equipment List:

•  is coordinated with commentary on  the room data sheets and the specified layout drawings;

•  is broken down for each room or area as follows:

•  loose furniture and equipment;

•  fixed furniture and equipment;

•  hired or leased items (such as photocopiers);
