Bidders should provide engineering layouts and schematic drawings, an elemental service specification which fully details their building services proposals ("Building Services Report").

The Building Services Report should include:

(a)  The individual reports set out below in this paragraph E of Part One;

full details of the types of equipment and installation proposed for the buildings in the Facility; and
