Civil and Structural Engineering

Bidders should provide outline Structural/ Civil Scope of Works/ Specification, outline layout drawings and sections, a general statement describing how the structural design concept supports the architectural design concept.  This statement shall deal with the following issues, as a minimum:

•  the strategy for the structural grid or layout;

•  short-term flexibility and longer-term adaptability (particularly for removing and rebuilding partition walls); and
