• Design Management

Bidders should provide the following details in relation to their proposed approach to carrying out the management of the design:

•  how they will resolve technical queries;

•  how they will work effectively with all User and stakeholder groups and liaise with statutory authorities;

•  a statement of how the design has been provided in accordance with CABE guidelines and Treasury Taskforce Technical Note No. 7;

•  design programme;

•  the design integration process;

•  an organisation chart and CVs of key personnel; and
