Bidders should provide:

 confirmation that the design and processes for the design will comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 ("CDM Regulations");

 a health and safety design strategy and a statement explaining how it has been and will continue to be adhered too throughout the design process;

 designers' risk assessments for the Facility;

 an explanation of how the roles of client, CDM Coordinator and the principal contractor under the CDM Regulations will be effectively fulfilled; and

 confirmation that the designs for the Facility have been prepared in accordance with the CDM Regulations.
