• Programme from Financial Close to Facility Operation

Bidders should provide a Delivery Programme identifying:

•  critical path;

•  key client approval/action dates;

•  the periods required and key dates for the delivery of the necessary statutory consents and approvals;

•  key dates and events in the calendar year, including times when particular pressures are placed on the Services; and

•  key access and handover dates and key dependencies upon the Authority and/or other third parties.
