Health, Safety & Environmental Management

Bidders should provide evidence of an accredited health and safety policy that would be applicable to all aspects of the Project and to produce an example project-specific health and safety plan. This plan should set out example details, including, as a minimum, safe working practices, site rules and regulations, site procedures, method statements, COSHH information and reporting procedure.

Bidders should provide details of the measures proposed to protect the public against harm due to the construction works and to prevent dust, smoke, debris, artificial lighting, stock piles, temporary works, noise and the like from causing unnecessary inconveniences or becoming a nuisance.

Bidders should provide details of their Environmental Policy and copies of any supporting Accreditation certificates.
