Bidders should provide a detailed explanation of how they have ensured that the delivery of Services is fully integrated into the designs of the facility.

Bidders should provide the details of the methods they will employ to ensure that the Services comply with requirements of the PFI Project Agreement, the Services Specification, the Service Delivery Proposals, Good Industry Practice, Guidance and all applicable Legislation and Authority Policies.

Bidders should provide details of least [two] reference sites where similar Services have been implemented.
