Service Delivery Proposal  - Contract Management and Reporting

Bidders should demonstrate in the Proposal how the Contractor shall:

•  operate and maintain a Quality Assurance accreditation system (Quest);

•  operate the management structure and system in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part C of the Services Specification to ensure that an effective management structure is deployed with clear responsibilities and lines of communication;

•  produce and effectively deploy a Child and Vulnerable Adults Protection policy and procedure in accordance with the guidelines in Appendix 2 of Part C of the Services Specification;

•  produce the monitoring reports and plans set out in Appendix 3 of Part C of this Services Specification to ensure that performance levels are continuously monitored during delivery of the Services;

•  produce, implement and maintain a Health and Safety Manual in accordance with paragraph 8 of Part C of the Services Specification to minimize the risks to the health, safety and security of Staff, Users and other visitors to the facility; and

•  operate a controlled access system to the facility and a CCTV system within the Facility in accordance with paragraph 9 of Part C of this Services Specification to ensure that a secure environment is provided for Staff, Users, other visitors to the facility and to the Facility, Equipment and Sports Equipment.

•  measure and monitor achievement of the Performance standards set out on Appendix 1 of Part C of the services specification.
