Service Delivery Proposal Cleaning, Waste Management and Pest Control
Bidders should demonstrate in the Proposal how the Contractor shall:
• maintain high levels of user satisfaction with the cleanliness of the Facility as evidenced by low levels of user complaints with regard to cleanliness;
• operate Routine Cleaning in accordance with the Routing Cleaning Standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of Part D of the Services Specification to ensure that a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the Facility;
• operate Deep Cleaning in accordance with the Deep Cleaning Requirements set out in paragraph 2.5 of Part D of the Services Specification to ensure that specified items within the facility are intensively cleaned with an agreed regularity;
• operate Reactive Cleaning to ensure that all parts of the facility are returned to the standards of hygiene and cleanliness required under the Routine Cleaning Standards as and when required (whether as a result of an Event or otherwise);
• operate a Waste Management and Disposal Service in accordance with the Standards set out in paragraph 3.3 of Part D of the Services Specification to ensure that Waste is safely segregated, handled, transported and disposed of from the Facility; and
• operate a Preventative and a Reactive Pest Control Service in accordance with paragraphs 4.4 and 4.5 of Part D of the Services Specification to ensure that the facility remains free of Pests at all times and any Pests identified within the Facility are safely and efficiently caught, destroyed and removed from the Facility.
• measure and monitor achievement of the Performance standards set out on Appendix 1 of Part D of the services specification.
