Terms defined in the ISRS Document and ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders have the same meaning in this ISRS Submission Undertaking.

Having read, examined and considered the ISRS Document and all other information provided during the Bid Process to date, [insert name of Bidder] do hereby offer to execute and complete in accordance with the Relevant Requirements the whole of the Project described for the consideration set out in the attached [insert details].

Attached to this ISRS Submission Undertaking is a detailed programme setting out the timescales within which we will undertake all critical path activities which we currently believe are necessary to achieve contractual and financial close by [insert date].  We confirm that we have consulted with all relevant parties (including the funders, financial and legal advisors and the sub-contractors) concerning the same and have received from those parties confirmation and a commitment that contractual and financial close and all of the activities relevant to the same (insofar as within the control of the relevant party) can be achieved within those timescales.

This Refined Solutions Bid remains open for acceptance for 365 days from the date fixed for the submission of Refined Solutions.
