3.1  The Service Provider's Post-Completion Commissioning

The Service Provider's Post-Completion Commissioning will be carried out after the Actual Completion Date in accordance with the Final Commissioning Plan and will comprise:

(a)  testing and balancing the re-calibration, comprising adjustment and final connection, of services and associated environmental systems where:

(i)  post-completion installation of transferred items of Authority Equipment entails connection to previously installed services; and/or

(ii)  post-completion installation of transferred items of Authority Equipment imposes a load on or adjustment to previously installed services; and/or final occupancy levels impose a load on the installed services and environmental systems;

(b)  rectification of all Snagging Matters in accordance with clause 21.11 (Carrying Out of Snagging);

(c)  clinical cleaning including swab tests;

(d)  autoclave tests and accreditation by a suitably qualified person;

(e)  completion of post-completion outstanding matters as agreed with the Authority;

(f)  rectification where there is damage to the fabric of any of the Works that is attributable to any act or default of the Service Provider in undertaking its post-completion commissioning activities or in carrying out the Works.
