2 General

2.1 Familiarise itself with the Project Agreement (including the Design Data, the Design and Construction Quality Plan19 and any Changes issued from time to time and any other relevant documentation or information referred to in the Project Agreement, relevant Service Specifications and Service Delivery Plans and the Construction Contract to the extent necessary to be in a position to carry out the Services in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement and this Deed.

2.2 Following notification by the Service Provider, pursuant to clauses 21.4 (Notice to Independent Certifier) and 21.5 (Pre-Completion Inspection) of the Project Agreement, inspect and comment as required on the Works [each relevant Phase] as required by the Completion Process.
