2  Contract Management Service

2.1  This Contract Management Specification outlines the provision of a system to manage, control, record and report on the delivery of all the Services provided under this Agreement by the Service Provider.

2.2  The Service Provider shall comply with the Service Requirements set out in Appendix 1 of this Part A.

2.3  [The Service Provider is obliged to make the Facilities available for Community Use pursuant to clause 30 (Community Use) of this Agreement.  The Services required need to be set out in this section (or if the Authority prefers, another part of this Services Specification.]
