5  Definitions

Any terms and expressions used in this Part A of the Services Specification shall bear the same meaning as set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires.

Staff - means a person employed or engaged by the Service Provider (including for the avoidance of doubt the Service Provider Representative) and/or any Sub-Contractor to work in the Facilities and/or provide any of the Services and/or manage this Agreement.
