1  Introduction

1.1  The Service Provider shall comply with all the requirements set out in Part A of this Services Specification relevant to the delivery of the Helpdesk Service.

1.2  In addition the Service Provider shall comply with the Service Requirements and Performance Standards set out in paragraph 2 and Appendix 1 of this Helpdesk Service Specification.
