3  Definitions

Any terms and expressions used in this Part B of the Services Specification shall bear the same meaning as set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires.

Ad Hoc Service Requests has the meaning given to it in the Payment Mechanism

Helpdesk has the meaning given to it in the Payment Mechanism

Staff has the meaning given to it in Part A of this Services Specification
