2  Service Requirements

2.1  The Asset Maintenance Service will be available on a 24 hours a day 365(6) days per year basis to ensure the Facilities operate and function at all times in accordance with the following:

(a)  Zone Data Sheets; and

(b)  Service Requirements listed in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2,

provided that planned or programmed maintenance and repairs may only be carried out during the Access Hours.

2.2  The Asset Maintenance Service provision will include the following:

(a)  asset management service;

(b)  planned preventative maintenance;

(c)  reactive maintenance;

(d)  life cycle replacement; and

(e)  new works service.

2.3  The Asset Maintenance Service will operate at all times in accordance with the Asset Maintenance Service Delivery Plan.
