3  Definitions

Any terms and expressions used in this Part C of the Services Specification shall bear the same meaning as set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires.

Access Hours has the meaning given to it in Part F of this Services Specification1

Staff has the meaning given to it in Part A of this Services Specification
