1  Introduction

1.1  The Service Provider will comply with all the requirements set out in Part A of this Services Specification relevant to the delivery of this Utilities Management Service.

1.2  In addition, the Service Provider will comply with the Service Requirements and Performance Standards set out in paragraph 2 and Appendix 1 of this Utilities Management Service Specification.
