4  Definitions1

Any terms and expressions used in this Part D of the Services Specification shall bear the same meaning as set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires.

Utility Services means electricity; gas; fuel oil; water; sewerage; [communications including but not limited to telephones;] waste disposal generated by the Service Provider; and surface water disposal.

Utility Provider means any company who is able to provide a Utility Service
