1  Introduction

1.1  The Service Provider shall comply with the requirements set out in Part A of this Services Specification relevant to the delivery of the Grounds Maintenance Service.

1.2  In addition the Service Provider shall comply with the Service Requirements set out in paragraph 2, Appendix 1 and the Service Standards set out in Appendix 2 of this Grounds Maintenance Specification.
