2  Service Requirements

2.1  The Service Provider shall provide a Grounds Maintenance Service to cover all external areas including furniture and fixtures on a 365 (6) days of the year basis so as to meet the Performance Standards set out in Appendix 1 to this Service Specification

2.2  The Grounds Maintenance Service shall include the following:

•  planned maintenance;

•  reactive maintenance;

•  lifecycle replacement;

•  soft landscaping; and

•  clearing of access routes.
