2  Service Requirements

2.1  The Service Provider shall provide a Building Cleaning service to the Facilities.

2.2  The Service Provider shall provide the Building Cleaning Service during the Access Hours 365(6) days per year on a planned and reactive basis as may be required to meet the Performance Standards and/or the Service Standards.

2.3  The Service shall comprise:

•  planned cleaning;

•  reactive cleaning;

•  deep cleaning; and

•  waste duties.
