1  Introduction

1.1  The Service Provider shall comply with all the requirements set out in Part A of this Services Specification relevant to the delivery of this Pest Control Service.

1.2  In addition, the Service Provider shall comply with the Service Requirements set out in paragraph 2 and Appendix 1 of this Pest Control Service Specification.
