2  Service Requirements

2.1  The Pest Control Service shall provide, manage and operate a comprehensive system of pest control prevention and management in accordance with the provisions of this Service Specification. The Service Provider shall ensure that the Facilities are free from pests.

2.2  Pests typical for treatments include but are not limited to:

(a)  insects;

(b)  rodents;

(c)  birds;

(d)  and any other pests [as defined by the Authority].

2.3  The Service Provider shall provide Pest Control Service on a planned and reactive basis.
