2 Service Requirements

2.1 The Service Provider shall provide a comprehensive Waste Management Service for managing and undertaking the safe segregation, handling, transport and disposal of Waste from designated internal storage points to its point of final disposal.

2.2 The Service Provider shall ensure the safe and legal disposal of all generated Waste products from the Facilities and to consequently maintain a sanitary environment for all Residents.

2.3 The Service Provider shall provide the Waste Management Service between [07:00 - 20:00 hours,] 365(6) days per year on a scheduled and reactive basis.

2.4 The service shall comprise of a "cradle to grave" service, comprising:

(a) segregation and handling;

(b) collection, transportation and storage; and
