4  Definitions

Any terms and expressions used in this Part H of the Services Specification shall bear the same meaning as set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires.

Waste means waste which is generated from the normal use of the Facilities which shall include but not be limited to kitchen waste, dead flowers, newspapers, office waste, cardboard and other packaging, paper towels, glass, plastic containers and aerosols.1
