3.2  Limit of Indemnity

Not less than £ ♦ m7 in respect of any one occurrence, the number of occurrences being unlimited, but in the aggregate in respect of pollution liability.

7 Limit should be determined by the Authority, in conjunction with its insurance adviser, taking into account the relevant circumstances of the project.
