Unless the context otherwise requires defined terms set out in the following endorsements shall have the meaning set out in this Agreement.

19 The endorsements in this Part 3 of Schedule 18 is recommended SOPC4 drafting.  Whilst the parties should endeavour to obtain cover in accordance with these wordings, if these are not in practice available, the parties should obtain the best terms reasonably available in the market at the time.
